Meet Steve McIntosh
Steve McIntosh brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to Landmark Home Solutions, combining deep valuation expertise with hands-on investing and renovation knowledge.
A native of western North Carolina, Steve enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after high school and served honorably at Camp Lejeune. Following his military service, he returned home and began his real estate career, earning his Certified Real Estate Appraiser license and quickly rose to the top of his field.
In 2003, Steve founded his own appraisal firm, which remains one of the most trusted valuation companies used by banks and lending institutions across North Carolina. In 2010, he expanded into real estate investing and has since moved to become a top national home buyer and has personally been involved in 1,000+ renovation projects across the USA.
This rare combination of valuation precision and real-world renovation experience makes Steve one of the most qualified national home buyers in the industry. He leads a dedicated team that works every day to help homeowners navigate the selling process with clarity and confidence.
